 NEW PATIENT QUESTIONS 

 

Are you accepting New Patients?

Always! Helping you with your dental needs are important to us here at Clearwater Dentistry. As a new patient you will have new x-rays taken of your teeth then given a comprehensive exam. we will then give you an assessment of your oral health. We will go over suggestions for your treament plan, answer any questions you may have, and help you schedule any future appointments.

 

Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?

Yes please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and fill out any remaining patient forms. 

 

If I require premedication, what should I do?

Before your appointment, please be sure to request a prescription. If you are not sure, contact us and we can help.

Please bring the following items with you:

  • Patient registration forms if you haven't submitted then before your visit.
  • If your have insurance, bring your Dental Insurance Card.
  • Some form of valid identification: Driver's License, Military ID, or State ID.
 

How long will my first appointment last?

The timing varies, but please plan for at least an hour for your first visit.

 

INSURANCE & FINANCING QUESTIONS

 

What does "in" and "out" of nework mean?

For some insurance companies it does not make a difference if our office is "in" or  "out" of network, but for other companies going out of network does make a difference. The difference is the allowable fee. This refers to the amount the policy pays for a specific treatment.

 

What dental insurance do you accept?

We accept several Dental insurances and are currently updating our networks. Please, give us a call for more information.

 

What if I dont have insurance?

If you currently don't have insurance, we can work with you! Don't worry! Our staff believes that every person should have access to quality dental care. We want to make dental care accessible for our patients and for that reason we have financing available through CareCredit. Please, contact our office for more details about your options.

 

Do you offer financing options or payment plans?

Yes! We believe that every patient deserves high quality dental care. For this reason, our office offers financing for all dental treatments through CareCredit and some in house payment options. Call us today if you would like more information.

 

 GENERAL QUESTIONS 

 

What is a mock-up?

A mock-up is a wonderful way to preview what your smile could look like using temporary tooth colored material thats applied to your teeth. It take 10-15 minutes and can drastically change your smile which could change your life. Call today and schedule your mock-up. 

 

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, we do. A free consultation is a great opportunity to talk one on on one with Dr. Boehme and see what options Clearwater Dentistry has for you. Whether this is for a follow up for information on a treatment or if you are looking for a second opinion call us for a free consult. 

 

What do you do for nervous patients?

The entire team at Clearwater Dentistry is specialized in caring for patients with any dental fears. We have several different sedation options to help our patients stay calm and relaxed throught their dental treatments. Our band new, state of the art dental office has been designed with our patients comfort in mind. Rest-assured that you will have a very comfortable and peaceful experience at Clearwater Dentistry. 

 

What if I have a dental emergency?

If it is a life threatening emergency, please call 911. For all other urgent dental needs, please call our office. If you cannot reach us by phone please send Dr. Boehme a text at (208)520-7575 and we will always get back to you ASAP.
